Photos

Please make sure that you have cropped your images >exactly square< before uploading. If you have any issues with this, please contact me at orders@madebyevie.co.uk where I can help.

We will not accept images that contain or imply any of the following:

  • Explicit or sexual content
  • Nudity or sexually suggestive images
  • Hate symbols, violence, or discriminatory content
  • Copyrighted material without permission
  • Inappropriate language, gestures, or themes

Special Note: Images of children and babies must be appropriate and respectful. We do not accept photos where a child’s genitalia is visible, including but not limited to bath time, newborn photoshoots, or any similar scenarios.

All images will be deleted within 90 days of your order from on our devices, with the exception of our actual order system. Believe me, I have no interest to save your photos for any purpose!

During the production process your images will be uploaded/downloaded, saved and deleted* in line with GDPR from;

  • *Our ordering system (website)
  • Our device
  • Design software

*In line with GDPR your images will stay connected to your order.

Delivery

I am able to make orders within 5 days, so they should arrive with you within 10 working days if the postal service is as quick as me!

We offer a range of delivery options. You can choose your preferred method at checkout:

  • Royal Mail Standard (UK) – Reliable and affordable.
  • Royal Mail 48 Hour – Tracked (UK) – Track your delivery every step of the way.
  • Royal Mail 24 Hour – Tracked (UK) – Faster delivery with full tracking.
  • Evri (UK) Standard – Cost-effective with reliable service.
  • Evri Next Day (UK) – For when you need your order quickly.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are based on the selected shipping method. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Royal Mail Standard: 3-5 working days
  • Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked: 2-3 working days
  • Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked: 1-2 working days
  • Evri Standard: 3-5 working days
  • Evri Next Day: 1 working day (if ordered before the cut-off time)
  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your address before completing your order. Incorrect information may result in delayed or undelivered items.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, strikes, or adverse weather conditions, however please contact us if your order has not arrived so that we can do our best to investigate.
  • Missed Deliveries: If your parcel is returned to us, we can arrange a redelivery for an additional fee or you can organise collection.
  • Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us.
