Made by Evie is a young entrepreneur-led business, and we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for explicit or inappropriate images, logos, or words. We believe in creating family-friendly products that everyone can enjoy.
We will not accept images that contain or imply any of the following:
Special Note: Images of children and babies must be appropriate and respectful. We do not accept photos where a child’s genitalia is visible, including but not limited to bath time, newborn photoshoots, or any similar scenarios.
If we receive any images that are deemed exploitative, we will immediately report them to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and relevant authorities.
Your images will be uploaded to our internal systems and third-party design software for the purpose of printing. We take your privacy seriously and follow strict guidelines for data management.
Retention Period: Once your order has been processed and shipped, your images will be deleted from our devices and design software within 90 days.
Email Correspondence: Images may be retained in email communications and order processing systems for record-keeping and customer service purposes.
Promotional Use: If you’ve given permission for us to use your images as promotional material in exchange for a discount, the original images will still be deleted within 90 days. However, any promotional content created from your images will be excluded from this deletion policy.
