We want to make sure your custom photo magnets look fantastic! Here’s what you need to know to ensure the best results.

Image Quality

To get the best print quality, please ensure the images you upload are of high resolution. We accept the following file types:

  • PNG
  • JPEG
  • HEIC

Image Review Process

Before printing, we’ll carefully check your images. If we notice that an image might not print well due to low quality, we’ll contact you via email. Please respond within 48 hours. During this time, your order will be placed on hold.

If we don’t hear back from you within the 48-hour window, we’ll proceed with printing your order as is.

If you do not want to provide a new image, we can cancel your order which will incur a small fee and provide a refund.

Quality Checks

Once your images are printed, we conduct a thorough quality check to ensure the print is clear and vibrant. Then, we carefully assemble your magnets and complete a final inspection before shipping.

We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you have any concerns about your magnets, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess the situation and work on a solution.
